Wellness Circles
Wellness Circles are small, intimate group experiences designed to bring you back into connection with yourself, your body, and a community of folks who are also choosing a gentler way of living.
Our Signature Circles
Each Circle blends somatic grounding, liberation-centered conversation, and simple, sustainable practices that support your healing in real time.
This is where you get to slow down, be witnessed, and learn tools that help you regulate your nervous system, soften survival patterns, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
Our Circles are culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and created especially for Black and BIPOC folks longing for a place where you donβt have to over-explain, shrink, or perform your way into belonging.
You donβt have to heal alone.
Here, we heal together β in community, with support, and at a pace your body can hold.
